docs: restructure README for faster conversion#146

Move install block to top (first scroll) for visitors who are already sold. Add "Who this is for" self-identification section and "Quick start: 10 minutes" funnel to guide first-time users. Condense install instructions to bold literal commands. Move "See it work" and "The team" below install. Relocate hiring box after "Come ride the wave" section. Strip redundant section dividers.
